I found a great MEL script by Paul Dreisen that converts lambert, blinn, phong, and mia shaders to a standard Vray shader. It can even retarget incoming connections (diffuse, spec, refl, and bump maps). Since I’m more of an Arnold guy, I tailored all the connections to meet the aiStandard shader.
